Born in Moscow in 1974 in the family of the famous sculptor and artist David Iosifovich Naroditsky (1923-1999), who became Mikhael's main teacher.

Mikhael Naroditsky studied at the Moscow Art School.

In 1998, his diploma of a graduate of The Russian Academy of Painting, Sculpture and Architecture was signed by the People's Artists of the USSR, Vice-President of the Russian Academy of Arts, sculptor Lev Kerbel and the rector Ilya Glazunov. Naroditsky's graduation work was the project of a monument to the painter Isaac Levitan on Sretensky Boulevard. Naroditsky's works were presented at art exhibitions in the Central exhibition hall "Manege" and in the exhibition hall of the Moscow Union of Artists "Kuznetsky Most".

In 2007, the mansion and workshop of the Naroditskys in the center of Moscow were seized by raiders. The widow of David Naroditsky and his son Mikhael suddenly found themselves on the street without documents and funds. All the contents of the house, including dozens of magnificent sculptures and paintings, were barbarously taken out and disappeared. Years of litigation came to nothing.

Mikhael's first exhibition in Israel was in December 2022 at the municipal Harmony Culural Center in Jerusalem.
